Skullbone Plains

Skullbone plains, not far from Bronte Park and adjacent to the Tasmanian Wilderness World Heritage Area, comprises a diverse habitat including old growth forests, wetlands, heath and native grasslands, and is home to the endangered fish species, Clarence galaxias.

Skullbone Plains was purchased by the Tasmanian Land Conservancy (TLC) and added to the National Reserves System in 2010. For more information, click here to visit the TLC Website.
